eBITS presented a class on "Power Email" to 28 participants at the Boise Chamber Lunch and Learn seminar on Wednesday, March 28, 2001. Participants represented a variety of Boise companies including U S  Bank, Cougar Mountain Software, Enterprise Car Rental, Electronic Sensor Products, Northwest Network Services, Idaho Iceworld, Mesa State College, Max West Realty, the Idaho Medical Assn., Speasly Storage, and the Daily Ledger.

Presenter, Bill Mullane of Qwest eBITS, discussed how companies can ramp up their use of email to turn it in to a true PR and communications power tool. Topics included creating address books and customer mailing lists, how to fine tune email settings, how to create and deliver a company newsletter and more.
